Supportive Healthcare Training Options

The Castle Senior Living Training Academy’s mission is to improve caregiver skills, healthcare services and educational content for our staff and healthcare professionals throughout Wisconsin by delivering high-quality, hands-on training, led by instructors who champion an encouraging, supportive and compassionate teaching environment.

The Castle Senior Living Training Academy is located at: 13050 W Cleveland Ave New Berlin, WI 53151 inside of The Grand Hills Castle.

Our Classes

CBRF Training: CBRF Training includes all state-required Community Based Resident Facility (CBRF) certificate courses in compliance with DHS 83. Upon successful completion of all the courses, student will be placed on the UW Green Bay WI Caregiver Academy Registry..

American Heart Association (AHA): Upon successful completion of these courses students will receive a course completion card or certification. Please contact your employer and/or institution to ensure that you are selecting the correct course before registering.

Dementia Care Training: Take My Hand: Effective Tools for Caregiving Dementia – This course focuses on special skills and techniques to appropriately respond to the unique and dynamic needs of persons with dementia. By better understanding dementia as a highly individualized and progressive disease process, we can become more effective and compassionate care partners.
