Our Wonderful 8-Bed Communities

Castle Senior Living’s small home communities are perfect for our residents who thrive in cozy, intimate settings. With only eight residents at each home, the residents and staff truly get to know each other individually. Each house has its own distinct character and charm, but all of our locations have beautiful outdoor green spaces, home-cooked meals, and plenty of opportunities to socialize with your neighbors. Our small communities have options that can accommodate most budgets and are ideal for anyone that can no longer live independently, but is not ready for a large, institutional care setting.

Many residents experiencing dementia thrive in our small home communities. The cozy home setting, combined with fewer people can reduce anxiety, noise, and stress for persons with dementia. The staff devotes considerable time to becoming familiar with each resident’s unique personality and individual needs, which is critical component of successful memory care.

Life Enrichment

With eight residents at each community, we custom-design activities and programs to the interests, tastes, and talents of each resident. All locations have a piano, and we encourage days to be filled with music, purpose and fun.

Culinary

All meals in our small home communities are home-cooked and prepared daily in our kitchens. Residents play an active role in designing seasonal menus, and we ensure each meal is nutritious and well-balanced. With home-prepared meals, we can accommodate many different dietary needs and preferences.

Wellness

All of our small home communities focus on helping each resident reach their wellness goals. We have a Registered Nurse and visiting physician who help create individualized care plans. Our program includes  assessing all factors that influence well-being and providing daily assistance to improve overall health outcomes.

After my father died in 2010, my mother didn't want to move from the comfort of her own home. When we took a tour of Sienna Castle she said "I'll give it a try". It is a wonderful feeling knowing that your loved one is being treated with dignity and respect that everyone deserves as we age. The Castle staff consistently performs at exceptional levels. It was important to us that Ruby Castle always preserved Thelma's dignity, permitted her room to be filled with her own furnishings, photos and mementos and took special care that Thelma's sense of femininity was fulfilled.

We could easily tell when Thelma was pampered with those beautiful white curls and her signature nail polish! She just bubbled! We know how seniors deserve to be treated and are so delighted that Castle Senior Living obviously shares our views.
